SESAME SEEDS THOGAYAL / ELLU THOVAYAL

This thogayal is best side dish for ulundhu rice.. it has many health benefits.. it is good to have with lemon rice , curd rice also..

INGREDIENTS  : 

  1. sesame seeds  / ellu  - 50 gms 
  2. Dry chilli  - 12 
  3. Coconut grated - 3 tbl spn 
  4. Tamarind - small piece 
  5. Salt - to taste 

RECIPE  : 

Take all the ingredients 
Dry roast sesame seeds
In the same pan add little oil and fry red chillis, keep aside
Take the blender 
Put tamarind 
Add dry chillies and coconut
Add salt and sprinkle little water 
Blend it well , Add water if needed
Finally add roasted sesame seeds
Blend again
Serve it with ulundhu rice
