AJWAIN TEA / OMAM TEA

Ajwain (omam) tea is good or health. It aids in weight loss. It is good for indigestion instantly. It gives handfull of benefits. I often have this tea..  u can store this for later use. don't keep it in fridge.u can keep outside for 3 days..

INGREDIENTS :

  1. Ajwain / omam - 1 tbl spn
  2. Cinnamon - 1 inch pc
  3. Water - 300 ml
  4. honey - 1 spn (optional)

RECIPE :

Take all the ingredients
Heat a sauce pan
Put omam / ajwain , roast it slightly
Add cinnamon
Add water

Boil it till it reduces half

Let it cool & keep it in a container
When u want to drink
Heat water lightly
Take a glass , add ajwain water half of the glass 
Add hot water
Add honey if needed
Consumer it hot
