HORSEGRAM PORRIDGE POWDER / KOLLU KANJI PODI

Weight loss is the most hardest thing now a days... kollu is the powerful ingredient for weight loss.. I wanted to  infuse in my daily diet to cut out rice ... it can be taken as Porridge form. It fills tummy for long time.  Let see the powder first here.. next post I will share porridge recipe alone... 

INGREDIENTS : 

  1. Horse gram / kollu- 1/2 kg
  2. Jowar/ cholam - 100 gms
  3. Barley - 100 gms

RECIPE : 

Take all the ingredients
Dry roast kollu , cholam and barley separately
Transfer to plate
Let it cool completely
Grind it as a coarse powder

Keep it in a closed container for later use
Lose weight with this magic ingredients...
