Weight loss is the most hardest thing now a days... kollu is the powerful ingredient for weight loss.. I wanted to infuse in my daily diet to cut out rice ... it can be taken as Porridge form. INGREDIENTS :
- Horse gram / kollu- 1/2 kg
- Jowar/ cholam - 100 gms
- Barley - 100 gms
RECIPE :
Take all the ingredients
Dry roast kollu , cholam and barley separately
Let it cool completely
