Curd semiya is a good substitute for usual breakfast recipes.. I love it.. sweet raisins and cashews gives rich taste. I love it..

INGREDIENTS :
- Semiya - 1/2 cup
- Curd - 5 tbl spn
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds, urad dal - 1 tsp
- Green chilli- 1
- Ginger - 1 small piece
- Curry leaves- 1 spring
- Raisins , cashew - 1 tsp spn
- Badam strips - for garnish
- Grated carrot- 1 tbl spn
- Salt - to taste
RECIPE :
Add mustard seeds and urad dal
Let it splutter
Add curry leaves
Add ginger and chilli
Add cashews and raisins
