VEG NOODLES
Noodles is a perfect dinner or breakfast recipe, i love this noodles much. It is very easy to make but tastes good. This noodles is very nutritious coz u can add more vegetables in your choice.

INGREDIENTS :
- Noodles plain - 200 gms
- Onion - 1 (cubed)
- Carrot - 1/2 (stripped)
- Cabbage - small piece ( shredded)
- Capsicum - 1/2 cup chopped ( desired colors)
- Spring onion- 1/4 cup (chopped)
- Baby corn- 4 pcs ( stripped)
- Green chilli - 1 optional
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
- Tomato sauce - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2 - 3 tbl spn
- Crushed Ginger garlic - 1 tbl spn
RECIPE :
Take all the ingredients
Boil water & cook noodles for 3 - 4 mins
Strain it & keep aside
Heat a pan add oil , cook the full dish in high heat

Now add all the vegetables except cabbage & capsicum
Saute well for 3 - 4 mins ( do not lose its crunchiness)
Now add cabbage , capsicum
Saute for 2 mins
