VEG NOODLES

   Noodles is a perfect dinner or breakfast recipe, i love this noodles much. It is very easy to make but tastes good. This noodles is very nutritious coz u can add more vegetables in your choice.

INGREDIENTS :

  1. Noodles plain - 200 gms
  2. Onion - 1 (cubed)
  3. Carrot - 1/2 (stripped)
  4. Cabbage -  small piece ( shredded)
  5. Capsicum - 1/2 cup chopped ( desired colors)
  6. Spring onion- 1/4 cup (chopped)
  7. Baby corn- 4 pcs ( stripped)
  8. Green chilli - 1 optional
  9. Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Vinegar - 1 tsp
  12. Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  13. Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
  14. Tomato sauce - 1/2 tsp
  15.  Oil - 2 - 3 tbl spn 
  16. Crushed Ginger garlic - 1 tbl spn

RECIPE :

Take all the ingredients
 
Boil water & cook noodles for 3 - 4 mins
 
Strain it & keep aside
Heat a pan add oil , cook the full dish in high heat
First add crushed ginger garlic, saute it for 2mins
Now add onions, saute for2 mins
Now add all the vegetables except cabbage & capsicum
Saute well for 3 - 4 mins ( do not lose its crunchiness)
Now add cabbage , capsicum 
Saute for 2 mins 
Now add all the sauces ( soy sauce , chilli sauce , tomato sauce , vinegar )  , stir well
Add salt
Keep saute
Now add cooked noodles
Toss well 
Finally add chopped spring onions 
Serve hot until it do not taste great
