TUTTI FRUTTI CAKE (PRESSURE COOKER METHOD)

  This is a fabulous cake which needs no eggs & butter... It is very simple to make & delicious to eat..  Just give a try..... HAPPY COOKING ....😍

 

INGREDIENTS :

  1. All purpose flour / Maida - 75 gms 
  2. Sugar - 50 gms 
  3. Oil - 1/4 cup / 2 ounce
  4. Vanilla essence - 1 tspn
  5. Baking soda - 1/4 tspn
  6. Baking powder - 1/2 tspn
  7. Tutti frutti - 1/2 cup
  8. Condensed Milk -  1/4 cup / 30ml
  9. Milk -  60 ml

RECIPE :

Take all the ingrtedients

 

Preheat cooker in high flame

 

Sift flour, baking powder & baking soda, set aside

Take sugar , oil & vanilla essence in a mixing bowl , beat well for 2 mins

 

Now add condensed milk 

 

Add milk &mix well

 

Now add sifted flour and mix well

 

Add tutti frutti &mix it

 

Take a pan , apply oil all the sides 

Dust it with flour

 

Pour this mixture into pan

Place it in cooker & bake for 20 - 25 mins in medium flame

 

Check it by inserting clean tooth pick or knife edge comes out clean  

Then switch of the flame & let it sit for 10 mins

 

Let it cool down 

Now invert it over a plate

 

Slice & serve.... ENJOY ..............💟
