TANGY MANGO CHUTNEY

 TANGY MANGO CHUTNEY,,,,,,    It is a lip smacking dish.. when u want to eat something as tangy it will be perfect one..  It is quite easy to make but tastes tooooooooooooooo good😃

JUST GIVE A TRY,,,,,,,,,,, HAPPY COOKING.....


INGREDIENTS:

  1. Raw mango - 1 small size 
  2. Green chilly - 4 
  3. Grated coconut - 2 spoon
  4. Ginger - 1 inch piece
  5. Salt - As needed
  6. oil - 1 tspn

TO TEMPER:

  1. oil- 1/2 spn
  2. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tspn
  3. Urad dal- 1/2 tspn
  4. Curry leaves - 1 spring

RECIPE :

Take all the ingredients
Peel & chop the mango
Slit the green chillies
Cut the ginger pieces

Heat a pan add oil
Add mango pieces
Add green chilly & ginger pc
saute it till mango gets mushy
Add salt, switch off the flame and allow it to cool for 5 mins
In a blender add the mixture & coconut
Blend it coarsely by adding little water
Finally temper the items & add it to chutney
Serve it with hot idli, dosa or plain rice with pappad
