STRAWBERRY PANNACOTTA
PANNA COTTA ......... basically it is an ITALIAN dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin & molded..

it is an awesome dessert with simple ingredients.. we can make it in
home easier.... I LOVE IT.... Usually i am not fond of desserts.. but
love to make different types of desserts & taste...

INGREDIENTS :
Strawberry - 13 pcs
Fresh cream - 100 gm
Milk - 150 ml
Agar Agar - 1 spn / gelatin - 1/2 spn
Vanilla essence - 1/2tspn
Sugar - 5 spns
RECIPE :
Take a sauce pan add cream and milk together
Heat it in low flame , Add agar agar
Let it boil once, don't over boil
Make sure that agar agar should dissolves
Let it cool down for 10 mins
Add vanilla essence
Mean while cut the strawberries roughly
Take it in a blender and add sugar
Blend it into a smooth puree
Add this puree 3/4 into milk
Keep 1/4 part in fridge for final use
Stir well and pour this into any cup or mold or any small box
Set it in freezer for 4 hrs
Then take and unmould it by dipping in hot water for 2 mins
Place it in a serving plate & drizzle some strawberry puree on top of panna cotta
It is now ready to serve
