RED COCONUT CHUTNEY

 Searching the Side dish for idli / dosa is always a big thing... My hunting never ends. Wanted to do new recipes day by day.. This chutney quite simple to make , but taste awesome. only  cooking work is tempering. It can be done within 5 mins.

INGREDIENTS :

  1. Coconut - 1/4 cup
  2. Dry red chilli - 4 (small variety)
  3. Garlic - 2 pcs
  4. Fried gram (pottu kadalai) - 1 tsp 
  5. Tamarind - small piece
  6. Salt - to taste
FOR TEMPERING :
  1. Oil - 2 tsp
  2. Mustard seeds , urad dal - 1 tsp
  3. Curry leaves - 1 spring
  4. Hing - small pinch

RECIPE :

Take al the ingredients
Take a blender 
Put all the ingredients together
Blend it with little water
Chutney done
Its time to give tempering to chutney
Heat oil in a pan
Temper the ingredients
Now done
Serve this chutney with idli /dosa
