OATS SAVOURY PORRIDGE

 OATS.. Whenever we want to think lose weight  that time in our mind suddenly one ingredient comes at first  (i.e) OATS...... But i don't like before.... Now i would like to have in this way, I will share some other healthy oats recipe soon..

Alright ,, this is a good recipe to take at breakfast or dinner. it is healthy & filling....

JUST GIVE A TRY..... HAPPY COOKING...💢

INGREDIENTS: 

  1. Oats - 1/4 cup or 4 spoon
  2. Water- 1 cup
  3. Butter milk- 1 cup diluted
  4. Salt - as needed

TO TEMPER:

  • Oil - 1/2 tspn
  • Mustard seeds- 1/4 tspn
  • Urad dal- 1/2 tspn
  • Cumin seeds - 1/4 tspn
  • Green chilli - 1 finely chopped
  • Ginger - 1 inch finely chopped
  • Curry leaves - 1 spring

RECIPE :

Take all the ingredients
In a sauce pan add oats and water
Cook it till it gets thicker
Side by side heat a pan
Temper the items given under to temper
Let the oats to cool for 10 mins
Add the temperings to it
Add buttermilk too
Stir it..  transfer into serving bowl
serve it with pickle... enjoyyyyy
