OATS SAVOURY PORRIDGE
OATS.. Whenever we want to think lose weight that time in our mind suddenly one ingredient comes at first (i.e) OATS...... But i don't like before.... Now i would like to have in this way, I will share some other healthy oats recipe soon..
Alright ,, this is a good recipe to take at breakfast or dinner. it is healthy & filling....

INGREDIENTS:
- Oats - 1/4 cup or 4 spoon
- Water- 1 cup
- Butter milk- 1 cup diluted
- Salt - as needed
TO TEMPER:
- Oil - 1/2 tspn
- Mustard seeds- 1/4 tspn
- Urad dal- 1/2 tspn
- Cumin seeds - 1/4 tspn
- Green chilli - 1 finely chopped
- Ginger - 1 inch finely chopped
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
