MURUNGAI KEERAI MUTTAI PORIYAL ....(DRUMSTICK LEAVES- EGG STIR FRY)
Drumstick leaves has more nutritional values, it is rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium & fiber....This is super way to add drumstick leaves in ur diet.... This goes well with rice as a side dish... Just give a try ...... HAPPY COOKING.... 😋
INGREDIENTS:
- Murungai ilai - 1 cup
- Onion - 1 chopped
- Eggs - 2
- Pepper - 1 spn
- Sombu (fennel seeds ) - 1/2 spn
- Gingelly oil - 2 spn
- Mustard seeds, Urad dal- 1/2 spn
RECIPE:
Take all the ingredients
Heat a pan , add oil
Add mustard seeds & urad dal
Let it splutter
Crush the pepper & sombu coarsely
Add the crushed items to pan
Add chopped onions, saute it
Cover & cook
After 5 mins break the eggs into leaves
Wash the leaves and keep it aside
chop onion finelyHeat a pan , add oil

Add murungai leaves
sprinkle littel water
Add saltCover & cook
After 5 mins break the eggs into leaves
Scramble it well
Saute well until raw smell goes off
Serve it with hot rice..... ENJOY.....
