LEMON GREEN TEA

Green tea is great for weight loss ... It has many health benefits.  Consuming  green tea often leads to weight loss.

Sometimes I add honey , sometimes I won't, it depends on my mood... just give a try....

INGREDIENTS  : 

  1. Green tea - 1 tsp
  2. Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
  3. Water - 1 cup 
  4. Honey - to taste (optional)

RECIPE: 

Pour water in a pan 
Boil it
Add tea leaves 
Boil it more 
Switch off the flame 
Close the lid  for 5 mins 
Take a cup
Squeeze some lemon juice
Add honey if needed 
Open the lid 
Strain the tea into cup 
Have hot .....
