KAIMA IDLY
This is a perfect recipe to do with leftover idli. I love this much. It tastes delicious.... Just give a try....

- Idli - 10 (left over/ new)
- Onion- 2 medium
- Tomato - 1 large (puree)
- Green chilli - 2
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Green peas - 1/2 cup (frozen / fresh)
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chillipowder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbl spn
- Garam masalsa - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves - small amount
- Lemon- 1/2
- Oil- for deep fry + 1 tbl spn
- Salt - to taste
RECIPE :
Take all the ingredients
Use leftover idlies or steam new idli& refridgerate for 3 - 4 hrs
Heat a pan add oil
To acheive bright red color add kasmiri chilli powder
Garnish it with cashews & coriander leaves
