GOBI MANCHURIAN DRY

  GOBI MANCHURIAN is an INDO CHINESE recipe. It is very popular. It is quite easy to make... It tastes awesome.It can be served as it is or with fried rice or noodles.. I love this much. Deep fried florets with spicy tangy sauce gives a good taste to buds... The juicy florets are really really awesome....

 SERVES : 2 TO 3

INGREDIENTS :

Cauli flower - Medium size 
Oil- for deep fry

FOR BATTER :
Maida - 3 tbl spn
Corn flour - 2 tbl spn
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 spoon
Salt - to taste

FOR MANCHURIAN :
Onion - 1 medium
Spring onion- little
Capsicum - 1/2 cup
Green chilli - 1 or 2
Oil - 2 tbl spn
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
Garlic sauce (optional)- 1 tsp
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 3 or 4 pcs
Pepper powder - pinch
Salt - to taste

RECIPE :

Take all the ingredients
Chop all the veggies
Clean the cauliflower and cut into small florets
 Boil some water , add salt & turmeric , switch off the flame
Add cauliflower into hot water & close the lid for 3 - 4 mins
Strain it &keep aside
Now make the batter
Take a bowl add maida 
 Add corn flour
 Add pepper powder , chilli powder& salt


 Add little water & make a batter not too thin & not too thick
 Now dip the cauliflower in batter
 Deep fry all the florets
 Keep it aside
Heat oil in a pan
Do this in high heat
Add chopped ginger garlic
 Saute for 2 mins
 Add onion , green chilli ,saute it
After a min add capsicum
 Saute for 2 - 3 mins
 Don't lose the crunchiness of capsicum
Now add all the sauce & vinegar
 Sprinkle little water
 Cook till the sauce gets thicken
Now add pepper & salt
 Adjust the taste ... add soy sauce if needed
Now add fried cauli flowers
Give a nice stir
Garnish with chopped spring onions
Serve hot
