GOBI 65

Gobi 65 is my all time favorite... whenever i go hotel , this is my first choice.. I love  it more. Doing this in home is more hygienic... It is super easy to do....

INGREDIENTS :

  1. Cauliflower - 1 cup (florets)
  2. Maida - 5 tbl spn
  3. Cornflour - 2 tbl spn
  4. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tbl spn / chilli powder - 2 tsp (to taste)
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Oil - for deep fry

RECIPE :

Take all the ingredients
Cut the cauliflower into small florets
Boil water with salt & turmeric
Switch off the flame
Put the florets in boiled water & close the lid for 10 mins
Strain it and keep aside
Take a bowl 
Add maida 
Add cornflour , salt, pepper & chilli powder
Add water 
Mix well & make a batter
Now heat oil in a pan
Dip the florets in batter & deep fry it
Do this again to fry all florets
Place tissue paper in a bowl
Keep florets in tissue to remove excess oil
Serve hot with Onion slices  lemon wedge & ketchup
