Gobi 65 is my all time favorite... whenever i go hotel , this is my first choice.. I love it more. Doing this in home is more hygienic... It is super easy to do....

INGREDIENTS :
- Cauliflower - 1 cup (florets)
- Maida - 5 tbl spn
- Cornflour - 2 tbl spn
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tbl spn / chilli powder - 2 tsp (to taste)
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for deep fry
RECIPE :
Take all the ingredients
Cut the cauliflower into small florets
Boil water with salt & turmeric
Switch off the flame
Take a bowl
Place tissue paper in a bowl
Keep florets in tissue to remove excess oil
