FRIED ALOO CURRY

Today's recipe is one simple aloo curry , Fried aloo curry. It goes well with chapathi & roti varieties. Without delay here u go with step wise pictures of recipe...

INGREDIENTS :

  1. Potato - 1 large
  2. Onion- 1 large
  3. Tomato - 1 medium
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  5. Green chilly - 2 pc
  6. Cumin - 1/2 tsp
  7. Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
  8. Cinnamon - 1 small pc
  9. Cloves - 2 pc
  10. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  11. Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  12. Coriander powder - 1 tbl spn
  13. Salt - to taste
  14. Coriander leaves - little amount
  15. Tomato ketchup / sugar - little

RECIPE :

Take all the ingredients
Chop onion , tomato , green chilli & potato
Heat oil for deep fry
Deep fry the potatoes
Keep aside
Heat a pan with oil
Add cinnamon , clove, fennel seeds & cumin
Add ginger garlic paste ( i  used crushed ginger garlic)
Saute for a min
Add chopped onions & chilli
Saute till onion changes into translucent
Now add tomatoes
Cover with lid & cook for 2 min
Now tomato lightly smashed
Add salt & spice powders
Stir well
Sprinkle little water 
Cover & cook for 4 mins
Now add fried potatoes
Stir well
Again cover & cook for 2 mins
Finally add tomato ketchup or sugar
Stir well
Serve hot with chapathi , naan , or any roti
