FALOODA

 FALOODA ...... it is a cold dessert most popular in Indian subcontinent.... The origin of falooda is PERSIA , this dessert came to INDIA by Muslim merchants...  The present form of falooda was developed by the Mughal empire ... Now a days falooda has many versions...

Here this falooda is one of the best ever.... I love it more & more....

INGREDIENTS :

  1. Falooda sev -  4 spn
  2. Sago seeds - 1 spn (optional)
  3. Jelly - red , orange ( i used 3 flavours)
  4. Milk -1 cup 
  5. Rose essence - 1tspn
  6. Condensed milk - 3 spn
  7. Apple- 1/2 pc
  8. Grapes - small bunch
  9. Pomegranate seeds - 1/4 cup
  10. Sabja seeds -  2tspn
  11. Sugar - 4 spn
  12. Ice cream - 2 scoops
  13. Nuts - 2 spn (optional)

RECIPE :

Take all the ingredients
Soak the sabja seeds in water for 10 mins
Make the jellies as per instructions given in the packets or u can use ready made one
Boil the milk and chill it
Chop apple & grapes
Take the pomegranate seeds 
Mix all the fruits in a bowl
Cook falooda sev & sago in less water for 7 mins
Chop the nuts
Add rose essence and condensed milk to milk, mix it & chill
Now its the  time to assemble
Take a glass
Pour some jellies into it
Add 1 spn of sabja seeds 
Add cooked sev 
Add the mixed fruits 
Add some nuts
Add some milk 
Then repeat this again
Pour some jellies , sabja seeds , sev , fruits, nuts &milk
Finally Add scoop of ice cream on top 
Garnish with some nuts if u wish
Serve chilled
