INGREDIENTS :
- Curry leaf - 1bowl (2 hand ful)
- Cooked rice - 1 cup
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Dry red chilli (small variety) - 8 - 10
- Tamarind - small piece
- Coconut grated - 2 tbl spn
- Sesame oil - 2 tbl spn
- Channa dal - 2 tsp
- Peanut - 1 tbl spn
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
RECIPE :
Take all the ingredients
Heat oil in a kadai
Add urad dal
Add sesame oil
