Green tea is great for weight loss ... It has many health benefits. Consuming green tea often leads to weight loss. Sometimes I add honey , sometimes I won't, it depends on my mood... just give a try.... HAPPY COOKING....... ❤ INGREDIENTS : Green tea - 1 tsp Lemon juice 1/2 tsp Water - 1 cup Honey - to taste (optional) RECIPE: Pour water in a pan Boil it Add tea leaves Boil it more Switch off the flame Close the lid for 5 mins Take a cup Squeeze some lemon juice Add honey if needed Open the lid Strain the tea into cup Have hot ..... ENJOY ....... ๐
