LEMON GREEN TEA

Green tea is great for weight loss ... It has many health benefits.  Consuming  green tea often leads to weight loss. Sometimes I add honey , sometimes I won't, it depends on my mood... just give a try....  HAPPY COOKING....... ❤ INGREDIENTS  :  Green tea - 1 tsp Lemon juice 1/2 tsp Water - 1 cup  Honey - to taste (optional) RECIPE:  Pour water in a pan  Boil it Add tea leaves  Boil it more  Switch off the flame  Close the lid  for 5 mins  Take a cup Squeeze some lemon juice Add honey if needed  Open the lid  Strain the tea into cup  Have hot .....  ENJOY ....... ๐Ÿ’Ÿ

RAW BANANA FRITTERS / VAZHAIKKAI BAJJI

This is a great snack recipe.. easy to  make. Only simple ingredients needed.  No fail recipe ... follow the exact method to get oil less bajji... don't add more water to make the batter.  Good evening snack with a cup of tea at rainy season...  just give a try.... HAPPY COOKING.......๐Ÿฆ INGREDIENTS  :  Raw banana  - 2  Besan flour - 1 cup Chilli powder - 2 tsp  Garlic - 3 pods  Asafoetida- small pinch  Salt - to taste  Oil - for deep fry  RECIPE :  Take all the ingredients  Take a bowl Add besan flour  Add chilli powder  Add salt , crushed garlic and asafoetida  Mix well  Add by little water and make a paste  It should not be thick and not too thin  It should be in pouring consistency  Heat oil in a kadai  Peel the skin of raw banana and cut it into thin round slices  Take a slice  Dip into  mixed batter...

Onion salan is a fantastic recipe with nice aroma... I love it more... my family loves it more than mรจeee.... this is my first try .. yayyy this recipe hits,,, my family didn't  believe  that this is my first try..... ๐Ÿ˜Š This is no fail recipe... just give a tryy.... EASY GARLIC TOAST

Garlic toast is my fav one.. it is very easy to  make. Simple ingredients  needed to make this awesome toast.. I love it  so much..  My family people's loved it  more.. so I thought to share this recipe..  Just give a try.... HAPPY COOKING ...๐ŸŽ‹ INGREDIENTS :  Garlic - 3 fat cloves Bread slices - 5   Butter - 2 tsp  Coriander leaves - little bit Salt - as needed Cheese (grated -1 or 2 tbl spn/ slice) - 1 slice ( I used ) Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp  RECIPE  :  Take all the ingredients  Grate garlic  cloves finely  Take a bowl add grated garlic  Add butter  Add chopped coriander leaves  Add cheese  Add salt and chilli powder  Mix well  Take bread slice Spoon some mix , spread over Heat a tawa place bread slices  Toast one side, flip and cook  Serve hot with tomato ketchup  ENJOY..... ๐ŸŽŠ

HORSEGRAM PORRIDGE POWDER / KOLLU KANJI PODI

Weight loss is the most hardest thing now a days... kollu is the powerful ingredient for weight loss.. I wanted to  infuse in my daily diet to cut out rice ... it can be taken as Porridge form. It fills tummy for long time.  Let see the powder first here.. next post I will share porridge recipe alone...  INGREDIENTS :  Horse gram / kollu- 1/2 kg Jowar/ cholam - 100 gms Barley - 100 gms RECIPE :  Take all the ingredients Dry roast kollu , cholam and barley separately Transfer to plate Let it cool completely Grind it as a coarse powder Keep it in a closed container for later use Lose weight with this magic ingredients...

IDLY PODI

Idly podi comes handy when we don't have mood to cook anything for dinner or breakfast. It goes well with idly /dosa. It is very simple to do... There are many types in podi. I will post soon.  Hot idli with podi & sesame oil is heaven... No words to explain..๐Ÿ’ฌ Just give a try... HAPPY COOKING,,..๐Ÿ˜‡ INGREDIENTS : Urad dal - 1/4 cup Channa dal - 1/4 cup Curry leaves - 6 springs Dry chilli - 10 - 12 /to taste Hing - 1/2 tsp Raw rice - 2 tsp Salt - to taste Oil - few drops RECIPE : Take all the ingredients Heat a pan add oil Roast channa dal & urad dal Do not over fry (burn), aroma comes when perfectly roasted Dry roast all the ingredients one by one Let it cool Then grind all the ingredients together coarsely / finely (as per ur taste) Keep it in air tight container Serve with idly / dosa ENJOY... ๐Ÿ’Ÿ
